Refunds

* Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

* We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was delivered.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

* Please check your parcel upon delivery.
* If the wrong or damaged product is received, contact us within 24 hours with photos or a video.

Non-Returnable Items

* Used or washed products.
* Items damaged by the customer.
